Heating Instructions

Here are the Basic Home Heating and Cooking Instructions:

Pre-Cooked Breaded Items:

All Items are Fully Cooked and Simply Need Heating Through

  • Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
  • Deviled Crab Cake
  • Fish Cake
  • Salmon Cake
  • Stuffed Shrimp
  • Deviled Clam Cake (May Take a Few Additional Minutes)
  • Oysters
  • Panko Soft Shell Crabs
  • Beer Battered Haddock Fillet
  • Stuffed Scallop

Preheat Oven 375º, Place Items on Baking Sheet, Heat for 15 to 18 Minutes.

Stuffed Fish Fillet:

  • Salmon Fillet w/Spinach, Roasted Peppers and Lump Crabmeat
  • Tilapia Fillet w/Lobster Imperial
  • Cod Fillet w/Crab Imperial

Preheat Oven 350º, Place in an Oven Safe Dish (Pyrex), Add a Small Amount of Water or White Wine, Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 Minutes.

Specialty Items:

  • Scallops & Shrimp in Bacon: Pan Fry Until Bacon is Crisp on Each Side. Can also be Grilled or Deep Fried
  • Crab & Lobster Imperial: Broil 6-8 Minutes
  • Clam Casino: Broil 6-8 Minutes
  • Mushrooms w/ Crab Imperial: Broil 8-10 Minutes
  • Non-Breaded Jumbo Lump Crab: Broil 8-10 Minutes
  • Tortilla Crusted Tilapia Fillet: Bake 400° 10-12 Minuets
